Our firm’s estate planning documents are drafted to address each client’s unique financial and personal issues, which may range from drafting a simple Will to a more complex set of documents to minimize income and transfer taxes and to protect assets for the benefit of the client's youngest generation.

We also represent and advise individual and corporate fiduciaries with respect to trust and estate administration and prepare fiduciary accounts detailing the fiduciaries' transactions during the course of administration of a trust or an estate. In addition, we assist fiduciaries to collect and distribute assets and to determine if claims are valid and should be paid. An estate administration may last from several months to several years, depending on the complexity of the estate and whether there are any disputes, such as a will contest. A trust may last from a few years to multiple generations. We have the expertise and experience to assist fiduciaries for the entire period of administration.

We also prepare personal and fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns and estate tax returns and advise clients on how to minimize overall taxes. In addition, we advise clients on how to fully comply with their tax reporting obligations.
